You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
So you would think with summer and extra time on my hands I would be posting more, but I have not. The good news is that I finished The Truth About Alice it was a great read. I was so impressed with Jennifer Mathieu and the voice of high school students she captured in this book. I've read quite a few others since then so my "bad book streak" is officially finished! I've even made it through a nonfiction read by Brene Brown called The Gifts of Imperfection. Her book talks about living wholeheartedly and the challenges we face in our society. For this perfectionist -me- (gulp!) this book challenged me greatly in good and tough ways. I think I will do some light chick-lit reading next!https://www.ted.com/talks/brene_brown_on_vulnerability
